Shipping Time and Processing
•All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
•Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
•You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
Delivery Times
•Within Karachi: Delivery will take 2-3 working days after processing.
•Outside Karachi: Delivery will take 5-7 working days after processing, depending on the destination.
Shipping Charges
•A flat delivery charge of 200 PKR will be applied for all orders within Karachi.
•A flat delivery charge of 250 PKR will be applied for all orders outside Karachi across Pakistan.
Order Tracking
•You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s status in real-time.
Address Changes
•If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Address changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.
Undeliverable Packages
•If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to accept, or any other issue, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
•In case your package is lost or damaged during transit, please inform us immediately. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
